I'm not posting much tonight, since I do want to get to sleep in the near future, and I've had enough of crying for today...
My momma's gone. She died Tuesday, May 25, 2010, surrounded by friends and family who loved her. It was a shock, and we're all still reeling.
I wasn't supposed to have to figure out how to live without her yet!
I love you, Mom!

I'm the very much full-time working wife & mom of two--one beautiful & funny 9-year-old girl, and one amazing & loving 1-year-old boy. My husband is the most plain spoken, irritating man I've ever met, but he loves his kids and he loves me with everything that's in him--and I love him the same way.
I just came back from a year in Looneyville--oops, I mean Lynchburg--VA, and truly understand the meaning of the saying, "you don't know what you've got until you lose it". We didn't truly appreciate everything we had here in Oregon until we were 3000 miles away. We'll never make that mistake again!
I love to knit (when I can find the time) and read (again, when I can find the time), and I am working feverishly to make sure I create said time--I need that downtime =0)
I'm sure I've left important things out, but that's the way it works. You all know me well enough anyway!
